Needle Nose Pliers
Needle nose pliers are one of the most common types of pliers used by electricians, mechanics, and simple home owners alike. They are so usefull because they are designed to reach into small areas yet still have the ability to grab, hold, or bend whatever is needed.
Needle
nose pliers come in a few different varieties including straight and
bent needle nose pliers. Electricians tend to use them more than almost
anyone else as they come in quite handy reaching into small crowded
electrical enclosures. The long shape is their trademark; in fact they
are often called long nose pliers. Other names for them include
pinch-nose pliers and snipe-nose pliers.

will always be thought of first as gripping pliers however, these
pliers are also multi-functional in that they are often used to bend
and cut as well (like wires for example).
